They were awesome last year, plenty of qualified deals. Now Im very dissappointed that 25 out of 30 leads I purchased were reused from 6 months ago have been resold so many time the client hangs up ! Not good guys.... You impressed me last year and now you lost my loyalty. |

They were a great source for online leads for a while then the leads just dried up. I do not think they are even in business anymore. Seemed to dry up around the same time the do not call registry was set up. I have not found a reliable on line lead source since! |

This company took my money and then provided no leads. Their phone numbers are now disconnected and as of 1/18/2005 the Better Business Bureau no longer supports them. Do not buy leads from them or you will lose your money. |

This site used to have good quality mortgage leads. Then all of a sudden there was none! I still had some money on deposit with them so I put in another order for 3 real-time leads, and it took over 6 months to get 3 leads, none of which were good ones. One woman I talked to said she has already received over 20 calls from this one lead. It is only supposed to go to 3 people max. I emailed customer service and was told that he got the lead from a third party. This site has turned out to be a major ripoff. |

I have tried three days in a row to submit my application for a user name and password online. I have also followed up with phone calls to the phone number listed on thier website. It is impossible to talk to a live person and in fact, can only get transfered to one persons extension (who hasnt called back.
If by some chance I do get signed up and experience success with them, I will come back and post another review.
